How does the Site keep
Personally Identifiable Information secure?
Our
webhost and all of our employees are familiar with our security policy
and
practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and
Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of
qualified employees (that would be one at the present time -
me)
who are given a password in order to gain access to
the information. We audit our security systems and processes on a
regular basis. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or
social security numbers, is protected by Paypal's encryption protocols,
in place
to protect information sent over the Internet. While we take
commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic
communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and

prudent control, we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will
not
ever take place and we cannot and will not be liable to Visitors or
Authorized

inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information?
Visitors and Authorized Customers may contact us to update Personally

Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally
Identifiable Information collected by the Site?
We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to
delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's
database by contacting us => contact us.
However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be
impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual
information such as a log of their IP address. An individual who
requests to have Personally Identifiable
Information deactivated will have this information functionally
deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable
Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
We do NOT compromise your personal privacy in any way by such
disrespectful action for any price or reason.
What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?
We will
let
our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy
policy by posting such changes on the Site. There will be small
additions from time to time, if we see the need, or if you make a
suggestion that we put to use, but they will always be publicly posted
here.
PLEASE NOTE Regarding Marketing To Children Under 18:
This
Site is *not* directed at children. Visitors and Authorized Customers
are required to be eighteen years or older. Even though we
are a
family-oriented site, we do not direct our marketing efforts toward
children under the age of 18. Parental permission (that is
absolutely verifiable) would be required for younger persons to
purchase advertising here, but we'd rather you just let your parents
buy it for you in your or their name, that way it stays legal for all
concerned parties.
Regarding Links:
This web site
will always contain links
to other web sites, after all that is the purpose of pixel advertising.
It also pertains to any advertising that Google places via
AdSense - in that case, the links are beyond our control.
Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are probably
going to be moving
to another web site. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of
any of these linked sites as their privacy policies may differ from
ours.
